ESI is a social housing consultancy specialising in supporting Effective Social Interventions. We work with organisations, whether self-help groups, statutory bodies or social agencies, that are dissatisfied with what the market provides. Organisations that recognise the need to intervene in order to create a society that functions better.  Organisations that identify specific weaknesses in what is available, and set out to redress the balance of power.

Our role is to help these organisations be more effective. We help with –

• effectiveness in running their own business

• effectiveness in identifying what they are trying to achieve, and what is achievable

• effectiveness in determining what services to provide

• effectiveness in delivering those services

Above all, we want to share own knowledge and experience with our clients. We work with clients, not for them. We want you to need us less, not more, as a result of working with us. Our style is consultative. We are flexible. We are open to iterative progress in commissions.  We do what ever is needed to support your needs.
